Welcome! I'm Allie, a professional dancer and fitpro with a soaring passion for movement and dance.
I created Activate with Allie with the mission to inspire people to move, have fun, and unleash their inner dancing superstar in a safe, warm and welcoming environment.
My class is built for truly all levels and designed to work your entire body leaving you feeling strong and accomplished. Each class features a warm up, follow along dance cardio, effective toning and a simple choreography based dance combination that'll leaving you glowing.
Above all, Activate with Allie is a space where you can let go of your inhibitions, embrace your inner dancer, and have fun. My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive community where people of all fitness levels can come together and enjoy the power of movement with a smile.

ABOUT ALLIE
Allie Fogel has a fierce passion for dance and fitness. With over 20 years of dance experience, she loves inspiring others through the power of movement and truly believes that her classes are for any Body. Allie played the role of “Elmo” on the national tour of Sesame Street Live: Let's Party and has performed professionally all across North America. She can also be seen on “Daily Burn”, the Emmy nominated fitness streaming platform and loves performing and creating content inspiring others to move and feel amazing. Most recently, Allie choreographed for Disney's newest Princess series "Create Your World!"
